بالفيديو: السوق السعودي يستنجد بقطاع العقارات ليتماسك فوق الحاجز النفسي

Investing.com – افتتح سوق الاسهم في المملكة العربية السعودية تداولاته بشكل ايجابي معوضاً خسائر يوم امس، حيث ياحاول الاستقرار فوق مستوى السبعة آلاف نقطة.

وتأتي هذه التداولات الإيجابية بفعل ارتفاع أغلبية مؤشرات قطاعات السوق، وعلى رأسها يحل قطاع العقارات والذي يرتفع بنسبة تفوق الواحد والنصف بالمائة نتيجة لنمو أرباح أسهم شركة دار الأركان وأسهم مكة للإنشاء والتعمير بنسب تفوق الأربعة بالمائة وهذا وسط التوقعات الإيجابية للشركات العقارية وبعدما قامت مجموعة بن لادن هذا الأسبوع بخفض ملكيتها في شركة مكة للإنشاء.

كما ويرتفع قطاع التجزئة وقطاع البنوك وقطاع الرعاية الصحية بسبب توقعات الجزيرة كابيتال بأنها ستبقي نظرتها المستقبلية ايجابية.

ومن المرجح أن يحاول السوق السعودي التماسك فوق الحاجز النفسي عند السبعة آلاف نقطة في آخر جلسة تداولات أسبوعية له بالرغم من تراجع الأسواق الأمريكية مساء أمس وتباين التداولات الأوروبية واسعار اليوم.
