روسنفت تشتري حصة في حقل ظُهر المصري للغاز من إيني

(رويترز) – قالت روسنفت أكبر منتج نفط روسي يوم الاثنين إنها اشترت حصة تبلغ 30 بالمئة في حقل الغاز المصري ظُهر، أكبر مكمن للغاز في البحر المتوسط، وذلك من إيني الإيطالية مقابل 1.125 مليار دولار.

وبهذا تصبح روسنفت شريكا في تطوير أكبر حقل غاز بالمياه العميقة قبالة سواحل مصر بالاشتراك مع إيني البالغة حصتها الآن 60 بالمئة وبي.بي التي تملك عشرة بالمئة.

وقالت الشركة “المشاركة في تطوير هذا الأصل الإنتاجي المتميز ستعزز موقع روسنفت في أسواق أوروبا والشرق الأوسط ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية.”
