الكونجرس الأمريكي يقر مشروعا لتمويل الحكومة مؤقتا متفاديا توقفها عن العمل

واشنطن (رويترز) – أقر الكونجرس الأمريكي يوم الخميس تشريعا لتمويل الحكومة حتى 22 ديسمبر كانون الأول وذلك لتفادي موعدا نهائيا ينقضي عند منتصف ليل الجمعة.

وفي تصويت جاء بموافقة 235 نائبا ومعارضة 193 أقر مجلس النواب مشروع القانون وسارع بإرساله إلى مجلس الشيوخ الذي وافق عليه بواقع 81 صوتا مقابل 14 وأرسله بدوره إلى الرئيس دونالد ترامب ليوقعه قانونا.

وفي حين جرى تفادي توقف الوكالات الحكومية عن العمل فسيتعين على الكونجرس وترامب الآن التوصل إلى اتفاق لإبقاء الحكومة تعمل بعد 22 ديسمبر كانون الأول.
