الخارجية العراقية: الأمم المتحدة تعرض حل الأزمة بين بغداد وإقليم كردستان

بغداد (رويترز) – قالت وزارة الخارجية العراقية يوم الخميس إن الأمم المتحدة عرضت المساعدة في “حل المشكلة” بين الحكومة العراقية وحكومة إقليم كردستان العراق بشأن الاستفتاء الذي أجرى على استقلال الإقليم يوم الاثنين.

وأضافت في بيان أن يان كوبيتش ممثل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق قدم هذا العرض أثناء اجتماعه مع وزير الخارجية العراقي إبراهيم الجعفري.

وتعتزم بغداد اتخاذ إجراءات عقابية بحق الإقليم ردا على الاستفتاء. وأمهلت الحكومة سلطات الإقليم حتى يوم الجمعة لتسليم السيطرة على مطارين دوليين أو وقف الرحلات الدولية من وإلى المطارين.
