وزير: مشروع فوسفات وأسمدة جديد بمصر باستثمارات 9.5 مليار جنيه

القاهرة (رويترز) – قال طارق قابيل وزير التجارة والصناعة المصري يوم الأربعاء إن شركة ايفرجرو للأسمدة المتخصصة بصدد إقامة مشروع جديد في مصر بالتعاون مع شركتين عالميتين في مجال الأسمدة والفوسفات باستثمارات 9.5 مليار جنيه (536.7 مليون دولار).

وأضاف قابيل في بيان حصلت رويترز على نسخة منه أن المشروع الجديد قد يبدأ الإنتاج مطلع عام 2020 بحجم 600 ألف طن أسمدة و500 ألف طن ثنائي فوسفات الكالسيوم و700 ألف طن حامض الكبريتيك.

تعمل ايفرجرو التي تأسست عام 2006 في إنتاج الأسمدة والكيماويات.

لم يذكر البيان تفاصيل عن تمويل المشروع أو هوية الشركتين العالميتين. ولم يتسن الاتصال بوزارة التجارة أو ايفرجرو للحصول على تعقيب.

وقال محمد الخشن الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ايفرجرو في البيان إن 25 بالمئة من الإنتاج المستهدف من المشروع الجديد سيوجه للسوق المحلية في حين سيجري تصدير 75 بالمئة للخارج وبخاصة أسواق شرق أفريقيا.
